Got a Question? Ask Away
Maybe a solution didn’t make sense, a step looks wrong to you, or there’s a topic you wish we’d teach. Whatever it is, we’d like to hear it. The contact form on this page is the best way to reach us, and your message comes straight to the people who write the lessons.
Using the Form
Put in your name, a short subject, and your message. You don’t need fancy language. If you’re asking about a particular lesson or question, mention its title so we can find it quickly.
How Long Will We Take?
Usually about three working days. During exam season we get a lot of messages, so replies might be a little slower. We read everything, so please be patient with us.
What You Can Write About
- A solution that seems wrong or hard to follow.
- A topic you’d like us to explain.
- A page that won’t open or a broken link.
- A question about privacy or removing your details.
- Feedback, good or bad.
Tell Us Where You Got Stuck
The more you tell us, the better we can help. Write the question number or lesson name, show what you tried, and explain where it stopped making sense. It’s much easier to fix a misunderstanding when we can see the step where it started.
What We Can’t Do
We’re an independent learning website, so we can’t do your homework or assignments for you, solve a whole paper, or tell you what will come up in an exam. We also can’t give marks or grades or speak for any school or board. We’re happy to explain methods and help you understand, though.
Please Keep Personal Details Out
There’s no need to tell us your school, your exact class, your home address, or your phone number. Just the maths question is enough.
Parents and Teachers
If you’re using our lessons in a classroom or at home and have suggestions, we’d be grateful to hear them. Your experience helps us improve the way we explain things.
Your Privacy
What you send us is only used to reply to you, and it isn’t shared with anyone. You can read more on the Privacy Policy page.
Thank You
It really helps when you tell us what’s working and what isn’t. Thanks for taking the time, and keep practising.
